Planned Parenthood Direct – In-app visit and prescription ordering

Working closely with a product owner I was tasked to create a more inclusive and easier to use application for Planned Parenthood users. I created a user experience for ordering prescriptions and payment flows.

User finding also asked about elevating the basic health questions that come up and can quickly access health issues. This helped to reduce call times across the company.

Added the ability for remote doctor visits using in-app video and collaboration. This allowed users to skip a visit to an actual location.
